What You Do

All we need from you is a video/videos up to 10 minutes total of the swimmer. This could be taken in a neighborhood pool, or even in a backyard pool. Videos of races can also be sent if the swimmer is visible enough. Some things to keep in mind for your video:

• Ideally, the video should be taken close to the swimmer. Standing on the side of the pool with your swimmer in the lane closest to you is perfect.

• If you can, try to take videos of the swimmer from the side and from the front.

• If possible, the swimmer should swim each stroke for at least 2 lengths of the pool. If this is above the skill level of the swimmer, then swimming 4 lengths of the pool recorded from different angles is sufficient.
